Consultant	Duties
Microsoft Help desk	Aids in support of core Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet explorer.
Level 1 Technologist	Aids in support of core Microsoft products, and limited workstation operating system function.
Level 2 Technologist	Supports Microsoft workstation operating systems including virus, spyware, and networking issues.
Level 3 Server Technologist	Supports operating systems such as windows 2003, windows 2008, all forms of Linux and UNIX.
Level 3 Network Technologist	Supports all components of networking including major vendors such as Cisco, 3Com, and HP.
Level 3 Security Technologies	Supports all components of security such as firewall, Intrusion detection, spam, penetration testing, packet sniffing, viruses, and spyware.
Level 3 Database Administrator	Supports multiple type of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgresql.
Level 3 Programmer	Supports multiple types of programming languages and framework.
