    Yearly Service Contract


    Johnson Computer Technologies Inc. will provide:
    • On site emergency service response within 24 hours of notification.
    • Informative voice response within 4 hours of notification.
    • Customer documentation on services rendered.
    • Limited Customer training.
    • Usernames and Password to access our company’s 24 hour pager through the World Wide Web.
    • Customer email accounts on the johnsoncc.net domain.
    • Loaner computers (when available).
    • Offsite storage of backup tapes.
    • 10% discount on hourly service rate.

Enhanced Yearly Service Contract


Johnson Computer Technologies Inc will provide:
  • On site emergency service response within 3 hours of notification between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • On site emergency service response within 12 hours of notification. after 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • On site emergency service response within 8 hours of notification. on weekends or holidays.
  • Informative voice response within 30 minutes of notification.
  • Plus all items in previous service levels.
