Standard Service Contract
- All customers of Johnson Computer Technologies Inc will receive:
- Informative voice response within 4 hours of notification
- Limited customer training
- Usernames and Password to access our company’s 24 hour pager through the World Wide Web.
Yearly Service Contract
- Johnson Computer Technologies Inc. will provide:
- On site emergency service response within 24 hours of notification.
- Informative voice response within 4 hours of notification.
- Customer documentation on services rendered.
- Limited Customer training.
- Usernames and Password to access our company’s 24 hour pager through the World Wide Web.
- Customer email accounts on the johnsoncc.net domain.
- Loaner computers (when available).
- Offsite storage of backup tapes.
- 10% discount on hourly service rate.

Enhanced Yearly Service Contract
- Johnson Computer Technologies Inc will provide:
- On site emergency service response within 3 hours of
notification between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
- On site emergency service response within 12 hours of notification.
after 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
- On site emergency service response within 8 hours of notification.
on weekends or holidays.
- Informative voice response within 30 minutes of notification.
- Plus all items in previous service levels.
